New Online Bookstore Launched
Partnership with Novogradac & Co. provides discounts to CDFA members
CDFA has launched a new online bookstore for both members and non-members to purchase publications from the Council and other partnering entities. National TIF Symposium A Success

On November 7th, the public finance industry gathered for the first ever national assembly focused on Tax Increment Finance. Featured Resource: New TIF Best Practices Reference Guide Coming Soon
Partnership between CDFA and ICSC Spurs Publication Development
CDFA and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) have officially partnered to develop a new Best Practices in Tax Increment Financing Reference Guide. The guide will be a comprehensive publication covering the opportunities and challenges faced when using TIF. The publication will also feature best practice case studies on ways to improve the TIF process, ensure accountability and transparency and will be a great resource for economic development, real estate and public finance professionals to use when implementing this important tool. The publication will also be used as the core curriculum for CDFA’s new two-day TIF training course debuting in November 2007.
