CDFA Recommended Practices: Effective Tax Increment Finance Program Management
CDFA has developed these recommended practices to serve as a set of guiding principles when developing or implementing a Tax Increment Finance (TIF) program. TIF has played an increasingly important role in financing economic development and redevelopment projects over the last several decades, and management of a TIF program requires responsible application.
