Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) programs are one of the economic development industry’s leading finance tools. RLFs have steadily grown in popularity as a way to provide support for innovative development projects, business assistance and community revitalization. A RLF can be designed as a broad lending program or tailored to assist direct niche industries and/or investment. As the popularity and use of RLFs has evolved, the need for education and a broader understanding of this tool has also emerged.

The course will take place at the DoubleTree Washington DC in the heart of downtown Washington, DC. CDFA has negotiated a significantly reduced nightly room rate of $165 for course attendees.
