Florida Opportunity Zones Conference
December 18-19, 2018
Orlando, FL

-Overview

Florida Opportunity Zones Conference
in conjunction with

FLDEO

The Opportunity Zones program, created in the federal Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, is a new tool that provides tax incentives for investments in low-income communities all across the country

CDFA, the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity and the Florida Chamber Foundation are bringing together the most up-to-date, innovative thinking about how to maximize the positive impact of Opportunity Zones for a December 18-19 conference in Orlando. Join nationally recognized speakers who are experts in Opportunity Zones funding and guidance, Florida civic and business leaders who will be spearheading the effort to draw investment to the state and local communities and developers who have projects already underway. The event will take place at the University of Central Florida campus, and space is limited—register early to secure your seat!

Once you’ve registered, learn more about Opportunity Zones on CDFA's Opportunity Zones Resource Center and the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity's Opportunity Zones Information Page.
