The Kansas City Business Journal reports a request for $64 million in tax increment financing is being considered by the Kansas City TIF Commission. Developers are also seeking additional TIF dollars to cover the interest carrying cost associated with the pay-as-you-go TIF.

$7M in TIF Approved for Missoula Development Project
According to KPAX, the Missoula Redevelopment Agency has approved nearly $7 million in Tax Increment Financing for Southgate Mall area development, about 10% of the project's total cost.
