CanAm's EB-5 Capital for Shipyard Revival
Following a loan to a neighboring shipbuilder, CanAm's 43rd EB-5 Project was issued to Rhoads Industries based in Southeast Philadelphia's Navy Yard. According to Pennsylvania Business Daily, the Navy Yard has seen more than $150 million in infrastructure improvements.
Revised $250M Allentown City Center Project Disclosed
Five City Center Urban Innovation Campus plans for the Allentown NIZ were disclosed at a committee meeting, according to Lehigh Valley Business. The plan calls for building a $200 million to $250 million complex at Seventh and Hamilton streets around the Wells Fargo building.
PA's Massive P3 Bridge Replacement Program Begins
The Rapid Bridge Replacement Project, a public-private partnership between the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and Plenary Walsh Keystone Partners (PWKP) will begin this month, PennDOT announced.

Rep. Hultgren (R-IL) and Rep. Neal (D-MA) introduced the Modernizing American Manufacturing Bonds Act (MAMBA) of 2015. H.R. 2890, supported by CDFA and hundreds of issuers throughout the country, is a comprehensive package that will modernize and revolutionize manufacturing bonds.
