Seattle Crowdfunding Firm to Help Small Businesses
Community Sourced Capital (CSC), a Seattle company providing a crowdfunding platform, has enabled businesses to raise money through an interest-free loan. According to the Seattle Times, CSC is also launching the Fund Local program in partnership with the Department of Commerce.
Port of Angeles, WA Receives $8.7M in Federal and State Funding
The Port of Port Angeles received funding to retrofit a building to house industrial and workforce training facilities for the Composite Recycling Technology Center (CRTC). According to Washington Ports, this public-private effort has been developed through many partnerships.
Seven projects, 457 Affordable Homes Financed
The Washington State Housing Finance Commission approved $67 million in financing to create 457 affordable homes across the state of Washington.
