HCD Announces $9.9M in Federal Funds for the Emergency Solutions Grant Program
The Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) announced $9.9 million to assist communities with a variety of homelessness prevention programs. According to CALED, the HCD administers the Emergency Solutions Grant program to communities who do not receive funds directly from the federal government.

CA Reinvestment Coalition Negotiates $11B Reinvestment Commitment
The California Reinvestment Coalition announced a new Community Reinvestment plan, which calls for the Royal Bank of Canada to achieve a minimum of $11 billion in cumulative qualified CRA activity during the next five years.
