$6.3M Medical, Mixed-Use Project Proposed in Spokane
The Spokane Journal of Business reports that predevelopment plans have been submitted to the City of Spokane for two commercial buildings at Kendall Yards, estimated at $6.3M in value.

WA Set to Issue $673M in General Obligation Bonds
The Bond Buyer reports that the state of Washington is planning to issue $673M of AA-plus/Aa1 rated bonds in January for both GO refunding bonds and motor vehicle fuel tax GO refunding bonds.

Bouton Construction Secures $127M Tri-Cities Contract
