N.Y. Brownfield Tax Credit Gets 10-year Reprieve
The New York Brownfield Cleanup Program was given a 10-year extension in the $142 billion state budget passed this week, according to the Star Gazette. A series of reforms included in the extension are meant to root out abuses that were previously present in the program.

CDFA is excited to announce the Brownfields Project Marketplace, which will take place on May 19, 2015 from 1pm-5pm EDT in Columbus, Ohio. The Brownfields Project Marketplace provides communities the opportunity to receive special assistance with brownfields redevelopment projects.
