Castaic Lake Water Agency Completes $56.4M Bond Sale
The Castaic Lake Water Agency in Santa Clarita, CA has completed a $56.4 million bond sale. The sale saves the agency $5.9 million in debt service costs, and the new money is earmarked for ongoing Capital Improvement Program projects.
Construction to Begin on $29M Sacramento Theatre Complex
B Street Theatre will break ground later this month on a $29 million complex. The project is funded through bonds from IBank, Five Star Bank, the City of Sacramento, and a variety of other cash donations and pledges.
Imperial Beach, CA Finances Shopping Center Through P3
Sudberry Properties and Imperial Beach will jointly finance the redevelopment of the former Miracle Shopping Center. The new shopping center will be 45,000 square-feet and house grocery stores and chain restaurants.
