National Housing Honor Given to Historic Ghost Ranch Lodge Apartments
The historic Ghost Ranch Lodge is being honored for its renovation to provide low-income senior housing. According to Inside Tucson Business, the City of Tucson and Pima County supported the $22 million rehabilitation and committed $2.3 million in HOME and CDBG funds.

City of Willcox Receives $4.62M Grant for Wastewater Treatment Plant Project
According to Willcox Range News, the North American Development Bank and the Border Environment Corporation Commission approved a total of $24.8 million in financing for four new infrastructure projects. The various projects are estimated to impact more than 95,000 residents in Arizona.

Hipsters' Roosevelt Row Ponders New Biz Improvement District
A new business improvement district is being considered along Roosevelt Row in downtown Phoenix. According to Phoenix Business Journal, one proposal included a $375,000 budget and some proposed assessment fees to fund the group.

$10M in Economic Incentives for Chandler, AZ
PayPal and General Motors payments are included in the City of Chandler's 2015-2016 budget proposal as part of a $10 million agreement for bringing jobs to the city. According to AZ Central, this is an example of how a city can offer publicly financed incentives that will attract private businesses to their community.
