Fighting Wildfire with Finance
Spearheaded by Blue Forest Conservation, Private Capital for Public Good, and Encourage Capital, Forest Resilience Impact Bonds are being sold to raise capital for forest restoration. The Huffington Post reports the funds will be used to decrease burn severity and increase water availability for local utilities.

Renovate America Nets $90M for Green Financing
According to the San Diego Union-Tribune, Renovate America, a San Diego green finance provider for home energy and water improvements, has raised $90 million of venture capital funding. Renovate America provides the funding mechanism for PACE in California.
