The study, Consumer-Driven Competition in California Communications Market, written by economist David W. Sosa, finds rising levels of choice and declining prices in the broadband and wireless market as increasing numbers of consumers prefer advanced technologies over traditional home phone options.

CA State University to Sell $1.14B Revenue Bonds
The Trustees of the California State University System are issuing revenue bonds in the amount of $1.14 billion. The bonds will finance and refinance the acquisition, construction, improvement, and renovation of certain facilities, as well as partial refunding of previously issued revenue bonds.

PG&E Submits $250M Proposal Expanding Support for Electric Vehicles
PG&E's proposal addresses three specific areas. These include expanding the electrification of fleet vehicles, building more fast-charging stations, and exploring new uses of electrification through five one-year projects.
