FL Allocated $97.6M from SSBCI to Capital Program

Boca Raton Company Charged as Unregistered EB-5 Broker-Dealer
The South Florida Business Journal reports that the SEC brought charges against two Florida companies after they allegedly brokered more than $79 million in EB-5 investments by acting as unregistered brokers.

FL Train PAB Allocation Extended Six Months
All Aboard Florida will have an additional six months to allocate $1.75 billion in PAB's thanks to a federal government extension, according to the Bond Buyer.

Congress Reintroduces Modernizing American Manufacturing Bonds Act
Rep. Hultgren (R-IL) and Rep. Neal (D-MA) introduced the Modernizing American Manufacturing Bonds Act (MAMBA) of 2015. H.R. 2890, supported by CDFA and hundreds of issuers throughout the country, is a comprehensive package that will modernize and revolutionize manufacturing bonds.
