Georgia Set to Move Forward with P3 for Atlanta Interchange The Federal Highway Administration on announced its approval of federal funding for an interchange between U.S. Highway 285 and Georgia Highway 400 in the northern suburbs of Atlanta, according to Gov. Nathan Deal. P3s Continue to Grow Despite Criticism According to American City and County, interest in P3s is increasing despite the criticism. Legislation for P3s on social infrastructure projects has spread across the nation, and 49 states have statutes for projects such as libraries, schools and parking lots.
