Legislation Could Allow for $4M in TIF North St. Louis Project
St. Louis Business Journal reports legislation went to the Missouri Senate to allow $4M in TIF for a St. Louis site the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is considering for its new western headquarters.
$155M Agribusiness Fund Makes First Investment
A St. Louis-based Advantage Capital Agribusiness has closed on a $155 million round of financing and announced its first investment, according to St. Louis Business Journal.
EB-5 Utilized for West Lake Water Project
Developers of the West Lake Project announced the project will be moving forward as the initial step in a larger development plan. The project will use EB-5 as a large portion of the funding.
Taking America's Largest Seed Fund on the Road
The Small Business Innovation Research Tour "Seeding America's Future Innovations," will focus on advanced technology communities. The tour will make a stop in Columbia during the week of April 27.
Grow Missouri Loan Fund Fact Sheet
Missouri Department of Economic Development created a Grow Missouri Loan Fund fact sheet to supplement the other documents already published for their SSBCI access to capital program. The fact sheet is a concise and visually appealing alternative to the more detailed, complete program documents.
