Lexington Developer Seeks TIF District to Help Pay for Sewers
A developer near UK is seeking approval of TIF to pay for stormwater and other infrastructure improvements. Estimates show $978,000 in local property taxes generated from the project.

KEDFA Approves Performance-Based Incentives for Pharma Company
