GA Senate Expands Historic Renovations Tax Credit The state senate approved a bill that expands the state's historic tax credit to include larger projects worth as much as $5 million, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle. GA Governor to Sign Major Transportation Bill Bond Buyer reports that Gov. Nathan Deal claimed he will sign a transportation bill funneling as much as $900 million towards state road work. General Assembly Passes Atlanta Beltline Bill According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, The Georgia House of Representatives passed a bill that allows for public improvements along the Beltline to be financed by public-private partnerships.
