Jo Bradley Presented Prestigious CDFA Lifetime Achievement Award
In 2011, the CDFA Board of Directors created the CDFA Lifetime Achievement Award to recognize individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the development finance industry throughout their professional career. A 32-unit senior housing development has received $917,849 in PennHOMES funding and $665,849 in Low-Income Housing Tax Credits that will generate over $6.4 million in private investments.
