Legislature Pushes to Make Infrastructure Financing Districts Attractive
The California Legislature continues to make Infrastructure Financing Districts more attractive to local governments as state and federal governments continue to dwindle their funding for community-wide infrastructure, according to this feature from DPFG.

California Rural Made
As a part of the USDA's commitment to strengthening rural economies, a state-by-state "Made in Rural America" report has been released for each state. Each state factsheet highlights specific USDA investments in rural businesses, manufacturing, energy, water, and other infrastructure development.

Long Beach Selects Partner for Civic Center P3
The Long Beach City Council approved a partner to develop a new civic center through P3 financing. The project will include space for a city hall, library, Port of Long Beach headquarters and a renovated park, reported the Long Beach Press Telegram.

San Francisco Selects CaliforniaFIRST for New PACE Program
San Francisco has selected CaliforniaFIRST for a Property Assessed Clean Energy financing program, according to a press release. The program has been incorporated by nearly 200 cities and counties across California.

PACENow Provides 2014 Recap & Highlights
PACENow reports on the successes of 2014 from across the country with a growing number of operational programs building demand and completing projects. Completed projects for the year are estimated at 25,000 for the residential market and 300 for the commercial market.
