Cherwell Software LLC landed $50 million from investment giant KKR in the largest venture capital investment in a Colorado Springs-based company in nearly 17 years. The investment will be used to make acquisitions and expand its information technology service management software product line.
Denver Council Approves Tax Financing Plans for 225 Affordable Apartments
Tax-financing plans approved this week by the Denver City Council will make way for the development of 225 units of affordable housing in the Sloans redevelopment on the former St. Anthony Hospital campus.
Investment Software Developer to Bring 45 Jobs to Colorado Springs
The Colorado Economic Development Commission in December approved state income tax credits for two software developers totaling $1.43 million for up to 89 jobs during the next eight years.
