Grow Michigan, LLC extends the capabilities of senior debt providers by offering a highly efficient, cost effective and complementary capital structure for growing Michigan small business in a broad range of industries. Grow Michigan investors include 19 financial institutions doing business in the State and the Michigan Strategic fund.
Connecticut Green Bank Closes on 200th C-PACE Project
The Connecticut Green Bank have announced that their Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program has closed on more than 200 projects representing more than $114 million in solar and energy efficiency upgrades for the state's businesses.
