MEDC Grant Helps Lansing Economic Development Group Take on Underserved Areas
Supported by a grant from the MEDC, the Lansing Economic Area Partnership is launching a new initiative that aims to empower community and business stakeholders in the southwest area of the City of Lansing.

Grand Rapids Redevelopment Project Secures $4.6M in Public Funds
The Grand Rapids Redevelopment Authority received approval for $2.1 million in tax increment financing to help with exiting brownfield conditions, according to Grand Rapids Business Journal. In total, $4.6 million in public funds have been secured for the redevelopment project.

Byrne Electrical to Building Plant on Former Brownfield
