P3s Continue to Grow Despite Criticism
According to American City and County, interest in P3s is increasing despite the criticism. Legislation for P3s on social infrastructure projects has spread across the nation, and 49 states have statutes for projects such as libraries, schools and parking lots.
South Carolina Judge Won't Rule Again on Project Jackson
A South Carolina judge won't reconsider his ruling on the North Augusta TIF district. The plaintiff had filed a motion saying North Augusta presented evidence that did not prove blight nor declining property values required for the district.
