Planning Board Gives OK to 4 TIFs in Older Omaha Neighborhoods
The City of Omaha Planning Board approved tax-increment financing for four new developments in older Omaha neighborhoods, according to omaha.com. The projects are planned for Aksarben, Dundee, north downtown and 13th Street south of downtown.
