JEDA Bonds Finance Expansion at Retirement Community
The Bishop Gadsden Episcopal Retirement Community has closed on over $56 million in tax-exempt revenue bonds through JEDA to finance the campus' new construction.

JEDA Annual Report 2014
South Carolina Jobs-Economic Development Authority (JEDA) served as conduit issuer in 23 deals totaling nearly $826M , benefitting 18 different borrowers in 12 counties comprised of six multi-site health care systems, three public charter schools, four long-term care facilities, one private college, and four community providers.

Woodruff Council Approves Bonds for McKinney Park Upgrades
GoUpstate reports Woodruff City Council approved $1.2 million in bonds for the renovation of McKinney Park. The McKinney Park renovations will cost an estimated $2 million dollars and the City will seek grants to fill the funding gaps.

CDFA Announces USDA Rural Development Partnership
CDFA is excited to announce a two-year partnership with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development. This initiative will first focus on an increase in development finance education and resources for USDA's internal staff of 3,800+ field representatives. The initiative will also promote USDA funding and financing best practices for rural communities.
