South Carolina Judge Won't Rule Again on Project Jackson
A South Carolina judge won't reconsider his ruling on the North Augusta TIF district. The plaintiff had filed his motion, saying North Augusta presented evidence that did not prove blight nor declining property values required for the district.

The SC delegation is split over the fate of the Export-Import Bank. The bank has financed exports for 36 South Carolina small businesses, but the majority of the bank's investments over the past seven years has gone to Boeing.
