WI's Investments in Brownfields Yield 14-Fold Return
Findings from a University of Wisconsin-Whitewater study found that Wisconsin's investments in brownfields through $121.4 million in state grants and leveraged by local and federal incentives have recouped a $1.77 billion return on investment.

$7.3M in TIF for Middleton Downtown Redevelopment
City Council voted to support $7.3 million in tax increment financing for a redevelopment to expand retail and office space in downtown Middleton.

WHEFA Bond Financing Helps Reedsburg Area Medical Center
Bond financing facilitated by WHEFA was used to help Reedsburg Area Medical Center refinance bonds previously issued. This financing has reduced overall debt service and has allowed the medical center to grow by providing access to low-cost private capital.

Sheboygan to Provide $1.4M in TIF Based Incentives for Apartments
