Northern KY Cities Benefited by Catalytic Fund
It was just a little more than four years ago, in May 2012, that Schroer announced that the Catalytic Fund had raised the $10 million it needed to project an impact of $100 million in potential new development in Covington, Newport, Ludlow, Bellevue, and Dayton.

The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority approved a loan and incentive package for former coal-mining equipment manufacturer that reinvented its product and out growing its facilities.

UPS Considering KY Expansion
UPS Inc. is considering a $106 million expansion of its ground hub in Lexington, according to state government officials. The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority on July 28 approved up to $500,000 in tax incentives for construction materials and building fixtures.

Bondholders of the Lost Ark: Noah's Ark in Williamstown, KY
The City of Williamstown issued $62 million of Taxable Industrial Building Revenue Bonds under Kentucky Revised Statutes to finance in part a "biblically-themed educational and entertainment complex, to include a replica of the Ark of Noah and related facilities".
