PennDOT Signs Contract For P3 Rapid Bridge Replacement
PennDOT finalized a $899 million Rapid Bridge Replacement P3 deal. According to NCPPP, PennDOT will lower cost for each bridge from an average of $2 million to $1.6 million.

Allentown's NIZ Returns $16M to the State
The Allentown NIZ Development Authority board approved returning more than $16 million in excess revenue to the state, city and school district, according to The Express-Times.

EB-5 Helps Investors Get Green Cards and Projects in Philly
According to NewsWorks, Philadelphia is home to a range of EB-5 projects. The Navy Yard project in particular has emerged as a major regional destination for employment and the EB-5 program has allowed for much of its success.

2014: A Healthy Year for Public-Aided Development in Philadelphia
Philadelphia has experienced a healthy year of public-aided development including a $33 million tax increment financing package, according to PlanPhilly. The Philadelphia City Council approved the TIF late last year for the development of a downtown hotel located on the site of a former parking lot.
