Fulton City Council Considers Adding PACE
The Fulton Sun reports that the Fulton City Council has tabled an ordinance that would allow the Property Assessed Clean Energy program to fund local energy-efficiency projects after a Jefferson City non-profit approached the council about approval of the PACE ordinance.

The City of St Louis is asking voters to consider Proposition F, a no-tax increase $25 million general obligation bond, in order to enable the city to improve critical public safety and infrastructure needs.

Kansas City Micro-Loan Program Targets Artists
Kansas City's Office of Culture and Creative services have expanded their micro-loan program targeting artists. Originally launched in 2015 with a budget of $50,000, the revised budget has been greatly increased to $250,000 in order to respond to the overwhelming demand.
