Fulton City Council Considers Adding PACE The Fulton Sun reports that the Fulton City Council has tabled an ordinance that would allow the Property Assessed Clean Energy program to fund local energy-efficiency projects after a Jefferson City non-profit approached the council about approval of the PACE ordinance. St. Louis Considers $25M GO Bond Issuance for April 5th Ballot The City of St Louis is asking voters to consider Proposition F, a no-tax increase $25 million general obligation bond, in order to enable the city to improve critical public safety and infrastructure needs. Stern Brothers Special Co-Senior Manager on $500M MTA Green-Bond The St. Louis Metropolitan Transportation Authority offered its inaugural "Green Bonds" in a two-day order period. Stern Brothers & Co. served as a Special Co-Senior Manager. Understanding Tax Increment Financing in Columbia, MO The Missourian has released a Tax Increment Finance primer, briefly summarizing the history of TIF in Columbia, it's original purpose and design, and taking a look at two ongoing TIF projects for the Tiger Hotel and a new mixed-use development on Locust street. Kansas City Micro-Loan Program Targets Artists Kansas City's Office of Culture and Creative services have expanded their micro-loan program targeting artists. Originally launched in 2015 with a budget of $50,000, the revised budget has been greatly increased to $250,000 in order to respond to the overwhelming demand. NGA West HQ Relocation Focus on Free Land, Transit in IL, MO The National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) is currently in the final stages of its site selection process for the relocation of its regional headquarters currently located in St. Louis, MO.
