The South Carolina Department of Commerce issued a press release announcing Expert Machine & Fabrication, LLC is expanding Dillon County manufacturing operations. The Rural Infrastructure Authority approved a $75,000 grant to Dillon County to assist with the cost of property improvements.

According to the Charleston Regional Business Journal, early stage ventures in Charleston have a new investor network looking to invest capital. The Lowcountry Angel Network says Charleston has one of the most dynamic and growing entrepreneurial ecosystems in the state.
