City Controller Sees Small Return on 'Opportunity Zone' Program
Under PA's KOZ Program, 617 businesses received city tax credits worth $384.7M from 1999-2012, according to a report by the Philadelphia City Controller. But 424 of those firms were partnerships or LLCs that had no employees paying wage taxes.

Bond Issue Approved for Waynesboro Medical Office Building
The Franklin County IDA approved a $15M bond issue to finance Waynesboro Hospital's new medical office building, which is currently under construction next to Waynesboro Hospital.

Bethlehem Grants Waiver to First Three CRIZ Buildings
The Bethlehem Planning commission has granted a variance waiver to BethWorks Renovations LLC, bringing the town one step closer to creating its first three buildings in the City Revitalization and Improvement Zone.
