Route for $300M NE OK Turnpike Unveiled
The final route for a new bond-financed turnpike in northeast Oklahoma County has been unveiled to the public. The $300 million, 21-mile tollway loop will link Interstates 40 and 44 in eastern Oklahoma County.

Bartlesville, OK TIF Program Praised by Expert
Leslie Batchelor of the Center for Economic Development Law contends that the BRTA TIF program is one of the best in Oklahoma. BRTA manages TIF districts in the central business district, the Capitol Hill area, and near the Hilton Garden Inn.

Edmond, OK Begins $48M Bond Sale
Edmond City council members have taken the first step toward selling $48 million in bonds to pay for water and wastewater improvements. The money will fund four projects estimated to cost $43.5 million.

Kansas Angel Tax Credits Signed into Law
Senate Bill 149 will extend the Angel Investor Tax Credits program through 2021. The $6 million annual program offers accredited investors a tax credit of up to $50,000 on an investment in a Kansas business, helping to mitigate risk and encourage investments.
