Colorado Enterprise Fund Creates Microloan Fund with Loveland
Colorado Enterprise Fund recently announced the creation of a $300K microloan fund with the City of Loveland that will provide access to capital for small businesses and start-ups headquartered in the city.

Western Slope Now reports that Colorado's Economic Development Commission (EDC) recently approved three Mesa County businesses to participate in the state's new Rural Jump-Start Program, which offers businesses up to eight years of zero state income tax, sales and use tax, county and municipal property tax, and state income taxes for the business' employees.
Fitch Affirms CO Revenue Bonds at 'BBB'
According to Business Wire, Fitch Ratings affirmed the BBB rating on $7.1M of outstanding series 2009 charter school revenue bonds issued by the Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority on behalf of Crown Pointe Academy.
Colorado Springs City Council Approves Special Assessment District
The Colorado Springs City Council recently approved the creation of a small business improvement district along South Nevada Avenue, an area which has been targeted by both developers and city officials for redevelopment, The Gazette reports.
CHFA Reflects On Successes, Milestones in 2015
CHFA released their milestones and achievements reached and surpassed in 2015, including purchasing a record $719.2 million in home mortgage loans breaking the previous record of $485 million set in 2007.
