CDFA Releases 2011 National Volume Cap Report National private activity bond issuance decreased 13% in 2011, according to the 2011 National Volume Cap Report released this week by CDFA. The report provides complete data for the use of volume cap and the issuance of cap-subject private activity bonds nationwide. Pennsylvania Paves Path for Public-Private Partnerships The Bond Buyer covers Pennsylvania's recently passed public-private partnership framework legislation, which is hoped to provide at least a partial solution for an estimated $3.5 billion in infrastructure needs. Pennsylvania Passes State Historic Tax Credit This month, Pennsylvania announced a 25% tax credit for historic renovations up to $500K. The credits, which have been under consideration for 16 years, are covered in The Mercury. 2012 CDFA Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient Announced CDFA is proud to announce the recipient of the 2012 CDFA Lifetime Achievement Award: Gary W. Smith of Chester County Economic Development Council. In recognition of his 30+ year career of pioneering development finance programs, Gary will be presented a special award at the 2012 CDFA National Development Finance Summit.
