PA Gov. Announces Small Business Advantage Grant Recipients Governor Tom Wolf announced that nearly $1 million in Small Business Advantage Grants has been awarded to 139 businesses across Pennsylvania for energy-efficiency or pollution-prevention projects. PA Marks 20th Anniversary of Signing of Land Recycling Laws The Department of Environmental Protection released a press release celebrating the 20th anniversary of the signing of Pennsylvania's Land Recycling laws that encourage the voluntary cleanup and reuse of contaminated commercial and industrial sites. Worries over the Allentown NIZ The Allentown NIZ company and PPL Corp. spins off, PPL Energy Supply, has become a new public company called Talen Energy. As a result, if Talen gets a better deal outside the NIZ, it will have to take it and leave the NIZ in jeopardy.
