Wichita Sets Hearing for River STAR Bond Plan
The Wichita City Council set a public hearing for consideration of the Arkansas River STAR bond project plan. Following the hearing, on May 2nd, the city council may elect to use STAR bond financing to help fund millions of dollars in projects.

Oklahoma plans to complete an unfunded Tulsa highway project that's been on the books for 50 years with a seven-way partnership that would include an expected $100 million investment from the one private sector partner.

Muskogee Approves $45M Plan to Improve Water Infrastructure
City councilors approved a plan to address a $45 million backlog of "long-deferred maintenance" of Muskogee's water, stormwater and sewer infrastructure by making use of the state's Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund.

The Olathe Planning Commission approved rezoning for a new youth soccer complex. The $27 million project will make use of TIF, industrial revenue bonds, and a community improvement district to help offset some of the development costs.
