Downtown Hershey Development Seeking Tax Deal for Infrastructure
A proposed downtown Hershey development is seeking the implementation of a TIF district, which will include the redevelopment of a post office and 121,000 square feet of commercial space.
URA Approves Tax Abatement District at Civic Arena Site
The Urban Redevelopment Authority voted to allow for the creation of a tax abatement district located in the lower Hill District of Pittsburgh, which is home to the former Civic Arena. U.S. Steel Corp plans on utilizing the new tax abatement law by building its world headquarters on the site.
