Study Finds Net Metering to Be a Net Benefit in MO
A Missouri Energy Initiative study found that in each year from 2008 through 2013, overall net metering is a net benefit for customers, even accounting for increased utility administrative costs and the shifting of some fixed expenses.
Maryville Approves Chapter 100 for Kawasaki
Maryville has approved $25.5M in Chapter 100 bonds for Kawasaki. According to Nodaway News, Kawasaki will provide a Payment In-Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) payment to the city over 10 years to repay the bonds.
Tax Increment Financing in Missouri
The 2013 Tax Increment Financing Report summarizes Missouri TIF projects and financial data. The Missouri Department of Revenue generated the report by obtaining reports submitted by the authorizing municipalities.

According to Farm Credit, Advantage Capital Agribusiness Partners (ACAP) announced investment in North American Natural Resources, Inc. ACAP is a licensed Rural Business Investment Company that focuses on businesses involved in agricultural products.
