SEC Approves New MSRB Rule G-42
The MSRB received approval from the SEC of new MSRB Rule G-42, on duties of non-solicitor municipal advisors, and related amendments to MSRB Rule G-8, on books and records to be made by brokers, dealers, municipal securities dealers, and municipal advisors.
NE Governor Proposes Road Infrastructure Bank
Nebraska plans to accelerate work on an unfinished expressway system and fund a replacement program for deteriorating bridges with a $150 million transportation infrastructure bank proposed by Gov. Pete Ricketts.

Fitch Ratings expects most U.S. Public Finance ratings to maintain Stable Rating Outlooks in 2016. In addition, Fitch anticipates that most rating actions in 2016 will be affirmations.
