Milwaukee Business Journal reports city council voted to support $7.3 million in tax increment financing for a redevelopment to expand retail and office space in downtown Middleton, WI.
Downtown Cleveland Lakefront Could See City Funding for Infrastructure
Tax increment financing could generate about $9 million in up-front infrastructure costs for the downtown lakefront redevelopment, according to Cleveland.com. The city is proposing two 30-year TIFs that would set aside 39 percent of property tax revenues.
