FL Supreme Court Affirms PACE and Preserves Home Rule
The Florida Supreme Court affirmed the constitutionality of the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) statute in Florida and the Home Rule powers for cities and counties, as reported by PR Newswire.

FL Tower Begins Accepting EB-5 Funding
A Miami developer announced it will begin accepting applications for funding through the city's regional EB-5 visa program, according to the South Florida Business Journal. The $800 million project is seeking about $48 million in EB-5 funds.

FL Offers Small Biz Lending Programs
