CA Private Placement Market May Be Pivoting The Bond Buyer reports that the California private placement market may be slowing down following years of growth, shifting from a bank-dominated market to a diverse range of purchasers. Los Angeles County Business Incentives and Resources Guide LAEDC provide an updated edition of the LA County Business Incentives Guide. It provides details on all 88 cities and the county, and has the potential to help businesses' bottom line. San Francisco Passes $310M Affordable Housing Bond The San Francisco Business Journal reports that with the passage of Prop A in the November election, $310M in funding has now been made available to developers over the next five years for affordable housing projects. EB-5 Program Brings Foreign Investment to Valley The Desert Sun examines the growth of EB-5 usage in California's Inland Empire area through USA Continental Regional Center, an organization that specializes in EB-5 backed development. $300M Fund Announced to Finance Energy Solutions Projects According to Business Wire, a $300M fund has been established to finance new clean energy projects. The fund is provided by ReNewAll, a clean energy finance solutions business, and it's finance partner, Tritec America. Siskiyou County Board Adopts PACE Resolution The Siskiyou Daily News reports that the Siskiyou County Board has adopted a resolution, making properties within the county jurisdiction eligible for PACE loans, as well as those in unincorporated areas in the California Home Finance Authority Program. CDFA Retains Lobbyist Eric Silva with New Firm CDFA is pleased to announce the selection of North South Government Strategies (NSGS) as the Council's legislative representation on Capitol Hill.
