The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government plans to exercise its right, as part of a TIF approval, to fill in the CentrePointe development if no work is done on the long-delayed downtown development.

Bevin: I'll Sign Bill Banning Tolls for New Bridge
A bill that would ban tolls for the $2.6 billion Brent Spence Bridge replacement project now has the support of the Kentucky governor. Gov. Matt Bevin will support legislation his predecessor, Gov. Steve Beshear, had vetoed for its ban on tolls to help build a new Ohio River bridge.
