A bill that would ban tolls for the $2.6 billion Brent Spence Bridge replacement project now has the support of the Kentucky governor. Gov. Matt Bevin will support legislation his predecessor, Gov. Steve Beshear, had vetoed for its ban on tolls to help build a new Ohio River bridge.
