Solar Initiative Reaches out to Allegheny County Businesses A year-old effort to encourage people in Allegheny County to install solar panels on their homes is targeting a new market across Pittsburgh: business owners. Luzerne County, PA Council Forgives $728K in RLF Debt The Luzerne County Council voted to forgive $728,226 in community development loans so a $6.1 million downtown Wilkes-Barre redevelopment project can proceed, but another $1 million in loans owed by the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Business & Industry will remain on the books.
