French Company Norac Selects Forks, PA for First US Facility
The package of incentive awarded to Norac includes a $186,000 Pennsylvania First program grant and up to $124,000 in Job Creation Tax Credits. The company has also been encouraged to apply for a $2.4 million loan that includes $1 million from PIDA.

Nearly $1M Grant to Help Titusville Towne Square Rebuild
Titusville Redevelopment Authority received a huge boost from DCED, in the form of a nearly $1 million grant. The grant will support the rebuild of the Towne Square Building that suffered damage from a fire in March 2015.

Development in State College, PA Receives $15.5M from EB-5 Center
RSR EB-5 Regional Centers will provide $15.5 million for a 50,000 square foot mixed-use development. The project will create an estimated 521 new jobs.

ANIZDA Hires Philadelphia Lawyers to Defend NIZ
The Allentown Neighborhood Improvement Zone Development Authority has hired Fox Rothchild as outside counsel to litigate a case filed by the owners of the PPL Plaza building, who do not qualify for the tax incentives offered under the NIZ.

DCED Funding Five Municipal Projects in Pittsburgh Region
Pennsylvania's Department of Community and Economic Development approved $353,800 in funding for 11 municipal projects throughout the commonwealth that support community planning and shared services.
