The Coloradoan reports that state officials have offered three national corporations a total of $6.8M in incentives in order over four hundred jobs in Larimer County over the last year.

The Denver Post reports that a Boulder County-based citizens group opposed to fracking has filed a large package of state ballot initiatives that would create mandatory setbacks for wells from homes and schools, create more local control for drilling decisions, and consider an outright ban on fracking in the state.

CoBank Celebrates Opening of Greenwood Village HQ
CoBank, a rural American cooperative bank, has completed construction and opened its new headquarters in Greenwood Village, according to the Denver Business Journal.

CO Rural Jump-Start Program Roll-Out Dates Announced
The Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade has scheduled roll-out dates for the new Rural Jump-Start program. The program started taking applications this week.

Colorado Springs Sales Tax to Upgrade, Repair Infrastructure
According to the Gazette, a November ballot initiative to raise Colorado Springs sales-and-use tax rate is expected to generate close to $250M over five years to finance road and infrastructure development and repairs.
