The review revealed 71 TIFs would reach their 23-year lifespan in the next decade. Rantoul Sets Village Business Survey The Village of Rantoul is working with existing businesses to get feedback from the public with suggestions regarding educational seminars or other business assistance that could be offered. Chicago TIF Revenue Drops 12%, Districts Slated to Retire Early Chicago will be shutting down seven downtown TIF districts after current project balances have been paid in full.
